This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), describe how Proximo Ltd. (“Company”, “Proximo”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, stores, uses and discloses certain information, from individuals who access and use our website available at: https://proximo.co.il/ (respectively “website” and “you”), register to our events, webinars, or otherwise interact with us.

Please note that you are not required by law to provide us with Personal Data. Providing Personal Data to us is entirely voluntary, provided however, that we will not be able to provide you with certain services or information without obtaining your Personal Data (for example, we will not be able to contact you in response to your inquiry if we will not have your contact details or examine your applicability to a certain job position, if requested by you). Proximo shall be entitled to (however not obligated), to retain and store Personal Data in its database, as detailed under this Privacy Policy, and subject to applicable law.

POLICY AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise this Privacy Policy, at our sole discretion. The most recent version of thus Privacy Policy will always be posted on the website and the last revision date will be reflected in the “Last Modified” heading. If the changes that we will make to the Privacy Policy are materials, we will provide you notice, and, where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. Unless otherwise notify, any amendments to the Privacy Policy will become effective immediately. We recommend you review this Privacy Policy periodically to ensure that you fully understand our most updated privacy practices and check for any amendments.

THE INFORMATION WE PROCESS

When you use the website, we may collect two types of information, which depend on your interaction with us.

The first type of information is non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-Personal Data”). We are not aware of the identity of the individual from who we have collected the Non-Personal Data. Non-Personal Data may include your aggregated usage information and technical information transmitted by your device such as: type of browser, type of operating system, type of device and version, device settings (e.g., default language), etc.

The second type of information is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable effort identify an individual (“Personal Data”).

For the avoidance of doubt, any Non-Personal Data connected or linked to Personal Data shall be deemed as Personal Data as long as such connection or linkage exists.

The specific types of Personal Data that we collect as well as the purpose for processing such data, are as follows:

  • Online Identifiers. When you interact with our website, we may collect your online identifiers, such as unique ID, Cookie ID, and IP address. We process such data through cookies for the proper operation of the website and for marketing and analytics, as further detailed below.
  • Marketing and Analytics. we will collect your browsing behavior information, which is collected
    indirectly by our external marketing tools, or analytic tools. This information includes the referring URL (that is, the webpage directing you to our website), your interaction with our marketing campaign and content, the web page you visited when you tapped/clicked on our campaign, time, duration of use, pages you have viewed on our website.
  • Contact Information. If you voluntarily contact us, by any means of communication we make available (including email or digital forms), you may be required to provide us with certain information such as your name, phone number and email address, as well as the content of your inquiry that may include additional information, as provided at your discretion. We will use such data for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and provide you with the requested information. The correspondence and its contents with you may be processed and stored by us in order to improve our customer service and in the event we believe it is required to continue to store it, for example, in the event of any claims or in order to provide you with any further assistance (if applicable).
  • Recruitment Information. In the event you apply for a job position published via our website, you will be requested to provide information, as part of such application, including your contact information, such as name, email address and phone number, your resume and CV, as well as any additional information you voluntarily choose to provide. In addition, we may collect further information from public and online sources, referees, and former employers and combine such data with your other data (collectively, “Recruitment Information”). We will use the Recruitment Information to process your job application and for our internal recruitment management purposes, for further recruitment steps (e.g., interview), and to enable us to comply with corporate governance and legal and regulatory requirements. Following the completion of the recruitment process, we may further retain and store the Recruitment Information (including other interactions with us under such process) as part of our internal record keeping, including for legal defense from any future claim, as well as, where we find applicable and subject to applicable law requirements and your consent, to contact you in the future for other position we believe you qualify for. If you are hired, your Recruitment Information will be kept on our HR systems as part of your employment and our corporate management.
  • Registration to Webinars, events or other Campaigns. If you register to our event, or provide your email through various campaign, to hear and learn more about our services, we will process such information solely to comply with your request and provide you with additional information, schedule a demo or meeting, or otherwise register you to your requested event.

In addition, we may use certain Personal Data to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, fraud, misappropriation, infringements, identity thefts, and any other misuse of the services, as well as to protect the security or integrity of our databases and the services, and to take precautions against legal liability. Such processing is based on our legitimate interests.

We may collect different categories of Personal Data and Non-Personal Data from you, depending on the nature of your interaction with the website, as detailed above.

You have the right to see and get a copy of your Personal Data, including an electronic copy, that we have as well as to ask us to make any corrections to inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data we have about you. You can also request that we erase your Personal Data when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which you provided it, restrict how we process your Personal Data to certain limited purposes where erasure is not possible, or object to our processing of your Personal Data. In certain circumstances, you may be able to request that we send a copy of your Personal Data to a third party of your choosing. Please note that in the event you have asked us to exercise your rights herein, we will respond to your request within the timeframes set forth under the applicable regulation.

DATA RETENTION

We retain Personal Data we collect as long as it remains necessary for the purposes set forth above, all in accordance with applicable laws, or until an individual expresses a preference to opt-out.

Other circumstances in which we will retain your Personal Data for longer periods of time include: (i) where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting requirements; (ii) for us to have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenges; or (iii) if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation relating to your Personal Data. Please note that except as required by applicable law, we may at our sole discretion, delete or amend information from our systems, without notice to you, once we deem it is no longer necessary for such purposes.

SECURITY

Security is our highest priority. We design our systems with your security and privacy in mind. We have implemented physical, technical, and administrative security measures for the services that comply with applicable laws and industry standards, however, we cannot prevent all security incidents. Some of the methods that we use to protect your Personal Data includes: maintaining compliance programs that validate our security controls; protecting the security of your information during transmission to or from our website by using encryption protocols and software.

We may process or store Personal Data both in Israel and in other countries. You hereby acknowledge and confirm that by using the website, your information may be transferred, stored and processed on the Company's servers outside the State of Israel. The transfer of Personal Data outside the borders of Israel will be done in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
